Role & responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact customers through calls, emails and visits.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Accounts and Dispatch.
- Maintain CRM/customer database and enquiry records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-development targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Diploma / MBA Marketing
- 1-3 years' experience.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM.
