Saffron Speciality Papers Ltd. (SSPL)
is looking for an experienced and hands-on
HR Manager
to manage HR operations across SSPL and our growing consumer brand,
EcoNama
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day
HR & administration
activities for SSPL employees.
- Handle
attendance, leave management, employee records and HR documentation
.
- Manage employee
mapping, attendance and HR processes through ERP systems
.
- Track and monitor the
EcoNama field sales team
using
FieldAssist ERP
, including employee mapping, attendance, field visits, location tracking, productivity and daily reporting.
- Ensure proper usage and regular updating of
FieldAssist ERP
by the field sales team.
- Monitor field-force activity and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with sales managers and field executives on attendance, routes, visits and reporting.
- Support
recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and performance tracking
.




- Handle general office administration and employee-related coordination.
- Maintain accurate HR and field-sales records and reports.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience
in HR, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, retail or a field-sales environment.
- Strong understanding of
HR operations, attendance and employee administration
.
- Hands-on knowledge of FieldAssist ERP is preferred/required
, especially for field-sales tracking and employee mapping.
- Experience with
ERP / HRMS / attendance management systems
.
- Comfortable managing and tracking
field sales teams
.
- Robust communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good command of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
.
- Highly organised, proactive and hands-on.
- Should be comfortable working
full-time from office
.
