Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR skilled to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the organization’s employer brand.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in HR
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
