Savera Forever Pvt. Ltd. is a contemporary jewellery brand specializing in silver and lab-grown diamond jewellery. As we continue to expand our retail presence, we are looking for a proactive and commercially driven professional to support our business development and expansion initiatives.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Savera through partnerships, franchise development, property scouting, local businesses, customer acquisition initiatives and other relevant channels.

The role will involve a mix of lead generation, relationship building, sales, market research, partnership development and on-ground business development.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, identifying opportunities and converting conversations into tangible business results.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Property & Store Expansion Support
- Assist in identifying and scouting potential commercial properties for current Savera stores.




- Conduct preliminary research on potential locations based on footfall, catchment area, visibility, accessibility and surrounding businesses.
- Visit shortlisted properties and collect relevant information regarding rent, deposit, size, location and other commercial terms.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers and other relevant stakeholders for property-related discussions.
- Maintain and update a database of potential properties and locations.

2. Franchise Development Support
- Assist in identifying potential franchise partners for Savera.
- Research and build a database of prospective franchisees and business partners.
- Initiate preliminary communication with potential franchise partners through calls, messages, emails and meetings.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective franchise partners.
- Collect and organise information required for franchise evaluation.
- Assist with the franchise onboarding
