*Role Overview*

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage experiential events, client relationships, event logistics, and on-ground operations for our luxury river cruise experiences. The role combines event execution, hospitality, community engagement, business development, and logistics management to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Plan and coordinate all event logistics requirements, including movement of materials, décor, equipment, artists, vendors, catering, production teams,



and other event-related resources.

* Develop event-wise logistics plans, schedules, checklists, timelines, and coordination sheets to ensure timely and efficient execution.

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams, decorators, caterers, artists, transportation providers, and other service partners to ensure smooth event operations.

* Monitor logistics costs, vendor quotations, procurement requirements, deliveries, and resource utilisation while maintaining operational efficiency.

* Ensure timely loading, unloading, movement, placement, and retrieval of event materials and equipment before, during, and after events.

* Manage end-to-end event execution including client coordination, vendor management, logistics, and on-ground operations.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with brands, artists, communities, agencies, and corporate clients to generate repeat business.
