- Experience in HR Operations supporting the US workforce.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Exposure to HR legal and compliance practices for US and Canada
- Experience in payroll coordination, timesheet validation, and leave reconciliation.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to work in US overlapping business hours
