Team Lead Sales | IT/Software Sales

Mariox Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead and grow our IT sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Drive self-generated leads, client acquisition, and deal closures.
- Handle sales for Web, Mobile App, SaaS & Custom Software Development.
- Monitor team performance, pipeline, follow-ups, and targets.
- Handle key client discussions, negotiations, and closures.
- Build a strong, target-driven sales culture.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership.
- Robust knowledge of IT services and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to perform and lead effectively under pressure.

Salary: 50,000 – 70,000/month
Location: Noida
