Key Responsibilities
- Shift Operations: Coordinate daily production workflows, assign tasks, and monitor line efficiency.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety regulations (HIRA/JSA) and track defect/rejection rates.
- Team Management: Train current workers, manage shift schedules, and resolve floor conflicts.
- Reporting: Maintain daily production logs, track output metrics, and report machine downtime or shortages.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
