Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Manager to manage day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinate operations, and ensure smooth transportation and delivery processes. The candidate will also be responsible for employee follow-ups and coordination with different teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatching and transportation activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, employees, customers, and internal teams.
- Follow up with employees regarding dispatch and operational requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate day-to-day transport operations and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries, and transportation activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups for pending deliveries.




- Handle coordination between the dispatch and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of daily transport activities.

Candidate Profile
- Age between 20 to 35 years.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Basic knowledge of transport, dispatch, and operations.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with relevant skills or candidates with prior transport/dispatch experience can apply.
