Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for infrastructure roles, including bulk hiring.
- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve talent acquisition targets and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them through effective recruitment practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 9-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure roles and ability to source top talent from various sources.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team setting.
