Scrum Master – Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
to support enterprise-scale Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, Agile coaching, stakeholder management, and delivery governance
, with experience working in large, distributed, and regulated environments.

The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, improve team performance, manage risks and dependencies, and coach teams toward greater autonomy, predictability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years
of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Coordination, or related roles.
- 5+ years
of experience facilitating
Scrum and/or SAFe Agile teams
in large enterprise environments.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Agile and Scrum
- SAFe
- Kanban
- Lean principles
- Proven experience facilitating:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- PI Planning
- Strong stakeholder management,



facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience identifying, tracking, and removing
impediments, risks, and dependencies
.
- Ability to coach teams toward
self-organization, accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
.
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as
Rally, Azure DevOps, Jira
, or equivalent platforms.
- Solid analytical skills with experience reviewing:
- Delivery metrics
- Velocity trends
- Capacity planning
- Team health indicators
- Performance metrics
- Experience partnering with
Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs)
.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams and highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
