Business Development Associate (BA)

We are looking for Business Development Associates with 0–2 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Perform outbound calling & cold calling
- Follow up with leads and maintain lead records
- Pitch our products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and track daily outreach

Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making outbound/cold calls
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet research

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 0-2 years

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
