Job Summary

Drive digital revenue by converting DSIJs existing customer/prospect database, website traffic and registered users into leads, subscribers and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation, performance marketing, conversion optimisation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the traffic registration nurture lead sale funnel and identify conversion opportunities.
- Segment customers, prospects and registered users and execute targeted email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns.
- Build automated CRM/lifecycle journeys, lead scoring, nurture, re-engagement, renewal and upsell campaigns.
- Analyse funnel performance and optimise landing pages, forms, CTAs, offers and checkout journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, messaging, offers and customer journeys.
- Track campaign performance, source-wise leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROI and revenue attribution.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and retargeting campaigns where commercially viable.
- Use GA4, GTM,



CRM and analytics tools to convert data into actionable growth recommendations.
- Work closely with Product, Technology and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for database monetisation, automation and digital revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements
- 47 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing or Marketing Automation.
- Robust hands-on experience in CRM, database marketing, customer segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience with email, WhatsApp, SMS, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, A/B testing and marketing analytics.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn/YouTube Ads will be an advantage.
- Experience generating measurable revenue from an existing customer/prospect database.
