Job Summary





The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support of Lithium-ion battery testing and manufacturing equipment across India. The role requires solid technical expertise, customer handling skills, and the ability to independently manage site activities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning and validation of Lithium-ion battery testing and manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.
- Provide customer training on equipment operation, maintenance and safety.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production and application teams for technical support.
