Land2Air Immigration Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Canadian immigration who is passionate about supporting clients through their immigration journey to Canada. You will play a key role in ensuring applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, while delivering excellent client service.

Job Summary

This is a remote position responsible for managing immigration files from start to finish, maintaining regular client communication, and collaborating with internal team members including lawyers and consultants.

Duties:
- Gather, review, and verify client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications to relevant authorities in compliance with government regulations and strict deadlines.
- Must be familiar with Study Visa, Work Permits,



Visitor Visa, Super Visa, SOWP, BOWP, LMIA's, Permanent Residency, Citizenship and Refugee applications process.
- Maintain transparent, professional, and consistent communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor application statuses and proactively follow up or advocate on behalf of clients when required.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized case files using the internal case management system.
- Collaborate with team members, including lawyers and immigration consultants, and participate in team meetings.
- Assist in improving internal processes and procedures within the immigration department.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Canadian immigration law firm, consulting agency, or related field.
- Minimum two years college diploma or degree program.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, forms,
