We're looking for an Accountant – Accounts & Finance who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the overall Accounts & Finance function.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should have robust, current, hands-on experience with Zoho Books and a solid understanding of accounting, GST, TDS, AP, AR, reconciliations and month-end closing.

Zoho Books experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only Tally experience or basic/familiarity-level Zoho Books exposure will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesZoho Books & Accounting




- Independently manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, vendor bills, receipts and payments.
- Record and review journal entries and maintain the General Ledger.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Review accounting entries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.

GST, TDS & Compliance
- Handle day-to-day GST accounting and reconciliations.
- Assist with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments and return-related activities.
- Maintain statutory records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors and external consultants when required.
- Ensure accounting and compliance activities are completed within applicable timelines.

MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and accountin
