We’re Hiring: Freelance IFA Acquisition Manager | Financial Services

We are looking for an experienced Freelance IFA Acquisition Manager / IFA Channel Manager to help us build and expand our network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Wealth Advisors and other suitable financial intermediaries.

Role: Freelance IFA Acquisition & Channel Development Manager

Engagement: Freelance / Contract

Duration: Initial 1–2 months, extendable based on performance

Location: Remote / Pan India

Compensation: Retainer + attractive performance-linked incentives

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential IFAs, MFDs and Wealth Advisors

* Develop and expand our IFA/Advisor partner network

* Present our company’s Advisor Partnership Program

* Conduct online meetings and group presentations with interested advisors

* Convert interested advisors into registered/onboarded partners

* Coordinate documentation and onboarding with our operations team

* Conduct initial orientation and support advisor activation





* Build and maintain relationships with onboarded advisors

* Generate advisor leads through professional networking, referrals and other legitimate sources

* Organize online webinars/advisor meets where required

* Maintain a structured pipeline and provide weekly progress reports

Initial Target

30–40 quality IFA/MFD onboardings within 60 days.

Quality and genuine engagement will be prioritized over simply achieving registration numbers.

Ideal Candidate

* 3–8+ years of experience in IFA/MFD channel acquisition, wealth management, AMC, broking, fixed income, financial-product distribution or related financial services

* Existing professional relationships within the IFA/MFD/wealth-advisor ecosystem

* Demonstrated experience acquiring and onboarding recent IFAs/MFDs

* Strong relationship-management and communication skills

* Experience conducting advisor meetings, webinars and presentations
