Job Responsibility :-
- Statutory Compliance - Ensure 100% compliance and record maintenance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Maintain all statutory registers, records, returns, notices and licenses. Coordinate preparations for inspections by Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, EPFO, ESIC, and other regulatory authorities. Support Internal, Statutory and Compliance Audits. Maintain all statutory documentation in audit-ready condition. Prepare the Statutory Compliance Calendar to ensure timely completion of all compliance activities.
- Multi-Site Labour Compliance Inspection:

Verify statutory registers, notice boards, licenses, contractor compliance, attendance records, wage registers, leave records, working hours, overtime, safety requirements and all other labour law requirements.
- Government Liaisoning:

Maintain effective liaison with Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC, police other government authorities. renew all statutory licenses, registrations. Prepare responses to statutory notices issued by government authorities. Prepare relevant MIS




- Shop & Establishment Act Compliance:

Ensure registration and renewal under the Shop & Establishment Act wherever applicable. Maintain statutory registers, records and mandatory displays. Ensure compliance with working hours, weekly offs, leave provisions and other statutory requirements.
- Labour Laws & New Labour Codes

Ensure implementation and compliance with Recent Labour Codes and all applicable labour legislations.
- Contract Labour Management

Ensure complete statutory compliance relating to contract labour. Vendor agreements, Monitor contractors' compliance with applicable labour laws. Verify contractor licenses, wage registers, attendance records, EPF, ESIC, bonus, leave, and other statutory records. Validate contractor bills from a statutory compliance perspective.
- Labour Court Cases & Legal Coordination:

Coordinate labour cases pending before Labour Courts, Industrial Courts, Concil
