Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to holiday packages
- Design and customize vacation packages based on client requirements
- Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, inclusions, and pricing
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and ground operators
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to convert leads into bookings
- Manage end-to-end booking processes including documentation and payments
- Address customer queries, changes, and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions in CRM systems
- Support group tours and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel

Skills & Competencies:




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
- Languages known - Tamil, English, Hindi (Preferred)

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in holiday sales or travel operations (freshers may apply)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
