- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, coordinating with product, service, operations and branch teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management and Portfolio Growth
- Build,



manage and deepen relationships with priority clients through regular engagement, needs-based conversations and high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver agreed business outcomes across deposits, investments, wealth, lending and other eligible banking solutions in line with client suitability and Bank standards.
