Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Domestic Tour Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking holidays and travel packages within India. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of Indian destinations, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to create customized itineraries based on customer requirements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, dates, and budgets.
- Design and customize domestic holiday packages and detailed itineraries.
- Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and activities.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local operators, and other travel suppliers.




- Negotiate rates with suppliers when required and maintain competitive package pricing.
- Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, payment follow-ups, and other travel documentation.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding destinations, routes, weather, sightseeing, and travel requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trips.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer and booking records in the CRM or other company systems.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Stay updated on new destinations, hotels, tourism products, seasonal offers, and domestic travel trends.
