Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with hotels, hospitality groups, and strategic partners. The role focuses on promoting the companys technology solutions, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, IT Managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations and technology demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close sales.
Sales Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by coordinating with implementation and support teams.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen business relationships.
Market Research Strategy
- Monitor hospitality technology trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback to support product improvements and business strategies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
