Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Technical Interviewer & Candidate Readiness Specialist to evaluate technology candidates for client requirements, improve their interview readiness, and enable recruitment teams to source accurately.

The role involves conducting up to 7 technical interviews per day, participating in client JD-clarity calls, translating technical requirements into actionable sourcing guidance, and coaching shortlisted candidates before client interviews.





Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured technical interviews for candidates across multiple technology requirements, with a capacity of up to 7 interviews per day.
- Assess candidates on technical depth, practical experience, communication, problem-solving ability, project exposure, and fitment against the client requirement.
- Prepare interview questions, expected answers, scoring criteria, and evaluation templates from job descriptions.
- Use LLM-based tools such as ChatGPT effectively to:
- Analyse client job descriptions and identify core technical requirements.
- Generate role-specific interview questions and follow-up questions.
- Develop reference answers and assessment rubrics.
- Evaluate candidate responses objectively against required competencies.
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching inputs.
- Provide timely, structured, and actionable interview feedback to the recruitment
