Position Overview

We are seeking a *Senior Technical Support Specialist* to join our energetic Customer Support team. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical assistance to our global clients, ensuring the smooth, reliable, and efficient use of our networking products. You will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex technical issues while contributing to the development of best practices for customer support and troubleshooting.





This position combines *office-based technical support* with *field-based customer support*, requiring both remote troubleshooting and on-site technical assistance when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex networking issues related to Wi-Fi, Access Points, Switches, and Routers.

Escalation Management: Handle escalated technical issues and critical customer situations, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.

Field Technical Support: Visit customer locations across India, as required, to conduct site surveys, network assessments, installation support, troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and issue resolution.

Site Surveys: Perform pre-installation and post-installation Wi-Fi surveys, collect technical data, analyze network performance, and recommend optimal deployment solutions.
