Role Description
As an AI/ML Architect at HummingBird, you will design and own end-to-end AI and machine learning architectures that power talent matching, candidate analysis,



predictive insights, and automation across the platform. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and performant AI solutions, including model pipelines, data workflows, and integration patterns. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and improving existing AI services, defining architectural standards, guiding technical design decisions, and ensuring seamless integration of AI components with core platform services and external ATS/VMS systems. You will participate in code and architecture reviews, mentor team members on best practices, and help manage project timelines and dependencies to deliver reliable features. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.
