Associate Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Associate Project Manager
with around
3 years of experience
in project coordination and delivery, preferably within the
eCommerce, ERP, or technology consulting industry
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Azure DevOps
, robust project tracking and reporting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through delivery.
- Track project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
- Maintain and manage project work items, boards, tasks, sprints, and status updates in Azure DevOps.
- Coordinate with development, QA,



functional, business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and proactively highlight delays, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, trackers, and management updates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Assist in sprint planning, daily/weekly project tracking, review meetings, and project status discussions.
- Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and meeting minutes are maintained accurately.
- Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Escalate project-related concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
