Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect (AWS) to lead enterprise-scale Jenkins to Harness CI/CD migration initiatives. The role involves designing and standardizing CI/CD platforms, implementing reusable pipeline templates, enabling DevOps automation using Terraform and Kubernetes, and driving migration, validation, governance, cutover, and stabilization activities across multiple application portfolios.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Jenkins to Harness CI/CD migration programs using a factory-based delivery model.
- Analyze Jenkins pipelines, shared libraries, plugins, credentials, and dependencies for migration readiness.
- Design and implement reusable Harness pipeline templates and enterprise CI/CD standards.
- Configure Harness Delegates, connectors, integrations, and deployment environments.
- Integrate GitHub/GitLab, JFrog/Nexus, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Execute pipeline migration, validation, shadow testing, parity checks, cutover,



and hypercare support.
- Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Implement security controls including RBAC, Policy as Code, approvals, and secrets management.
- Support Blue-Green and Canary deployment strategies.
- Optimize pipeline performance, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Support Jenkins decommissioning, credential cleanup, evidence archival, and infrastructure retirement.
- Prepare runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and handover documentation.
