OPERATIONS MANAGER-GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of VTrust Group of Institutions.

* Ensure smooth functioning of academic, administrative and student-support activities.

* Coordinate with Principals, Vice Principals, Academic Heads, Faculty and administrative teams.

* Monitor academic schedules, admissions, student services and institutional activities.

* Ensure timely implementation of management decisions and institutional plans.

* Monitor department-wise performance and operational KPIs.

* Coordinate infrastructure, facilities, procurement and maintenance requirements.

* Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

* Prepare weekly and monthly Operations MIS & Performance Reports.





* Conduct regular operational review meetings and ensure action-point follow-up.

* Support management in institutional expansion, process improvement and business development.

* Ensure compliance with institutional policies, SOPs and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management, Administration, Education or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations / Administration.

* Experience in Educational Institutions / Healthcare / Multi-unit organizations will be an added advantage.

* Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and team-management abilities.

* Robust focus on execution, accountability and results.

Pay: ₹23,053.17 - ₹350,586.76 per month
