Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and other channels.
- Understand client requirements, preferences and project expectations.
- Explain the companys interior design services and project process to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up regularly with leads and potential clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the design team for client requirements and project discussions.
- Assist in converting enquiries and leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and client details.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions and lead-generation activities.
