About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Bookkeeping Executive to manage the companys day-to-day bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, up-to-date financial data to support monthly analysis, while also handling employee-related financial queries and providing general office support and co ordination with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.



Maintain complete and accurate bookkeeping records for the company on a day-to-day basis.

2. Track and record all expenses and payments on a monthly basis for internal analysis and reporting.

3. Prepare monthly expenditure summaries and reports for management review.

4. Address and resolve employee queries related to accounts, reimbursements, and payments.

5. Maintain accounts using Tally and Excel or applicable ERP, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

6. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and petty cash on a regular basis.

7. Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and follow-ups as required.

8. Support general office administrative tasks as needed.

9. Coordinate with management and external accountants/Bankers and auditors for periodic financial reviews.
