Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives. The role includes planning project scopes, defining milestones, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders through clear documentation and regular updates. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading meetings, resolving blockers, collaborating with expediting, inspection, and logistics functions, and enforcing project governance and quality standards. The Project Manager also contributes to continuous improvement by refining processes, supporting agile practices, and promoting effective communication across teams.

Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and resources.
- Experience with expediting and coordination,



including working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting activities to keep deliverables on track.
- Background in inspection and quality assurance, with familiarity in Inspection processes to ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
- Knowledge of logistics management, with experience in Logistics Management for coordinating materials, shipments, and related workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms, along with strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to work with global teams and navigate complex environments.
- Experience in technology, digital transformation, or fintech projects is beneficial, especially in quick-paced, innovation-driven settings.
