is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment. Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, referrals, and other job portals. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interview rounds with hiring teams. Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Negotiate compensation and roll out offers. Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports. Build a strong talent pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers. Ensure timely closure of open positions.



Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, and other sourcing platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven, quick-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS tools. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
