Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Contract Staffing, Recruitment, GCC Sales or Enterprise Sales.
- Experience in the IT Staffing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify target companies, decision-makers, hiring trends, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of enterprise prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings with Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology, and Business leaders.
- Execute personalized email campaigns and follow-up sequences to maximize response rates.
- Perform account research before outreach, including company news, technology landscape, hiring trends, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, meetings, and opportunities in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity and meeting targets.




- Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and generate business opportunities.
