- Dispense medicines and medical supplies accurately as per authorized prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and potential contraindications.
- Provide appropriate medication-related guidance to patients and healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate records of medicines issued, received, and returned.
- Monitor pharmacy stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of medicines.
- Check expiry dates, batch numbers, storage conditions, and proper labeling of medicines.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of temperature-sensitive and controlled medicines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, purchase, stores, and other departments regarding medication requirements.
- Follow hospital pharmacy SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper documentation within the pharmacy.
- Report medication errors, discrepancies, damaged stock, and adverse drug-related incidents to the concerned authority.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
