We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-integrity Financial Operations Controller to serve as the primary pre-audit gatekeeper for the CMD Office. In this role, you will hold final checking authority over all internal financial workflows before documents reach the CMD for final signature and payment approval. Your core focus will be verifying rate cards, preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), auditing GRNs, pulling Tally ledgers, and overseeing the invoice authorization pipeline.

What is Expected From You

(Key Responsibilities)

1. Pre-Audit & Financial Gatekeeping
● Invoice & Bill Verification: Thoroughly audit all vendor invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense claims against pre-approved rate cards and mathematical calculations prior to submitting them for CMD sign-off.
● Tally Ledger Audit: Pull, analyze, and present real-time vendor and customer ledgers from Tally Prime on demand whenever requested by the CMD before payments are authorized.




● Discrepancy Control: Flag and resolve rate mismatches, unauthorized charges, or billing errors directly with departmental heads before invoices advance to the final stage.

2. Production BOM & GRN Management
● BOM Preparation: Prepare and cross-check the production Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure line-item accuracy, material cost alignment, and proper accounting system entries. ● GRN Reconciliation: Cross-verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against physical material receipts and purchase orders to confirm proper updates in Tally Prime before clearing vendor payables.

3. Payment Workflow Supervision
● Payables Management: Oversee the end-to-end payment authorization workflow to maintain financial planning approvals and cash flow discipline.
