Job Summary

We are looking for an Area Resource Coordinator to support the on-ground implementation of skill development programs in the assigned area. The role will involve candidate mobilization, training centre coordination, field visits, resource planning, and regular coordination with trainers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute candidate mobilization activities as per assigned targets.
- Mobilize candidates through field visits, outreach activities, and local networking.
- Conduct regular visits and inspections of training centres, classrooms, and facilities.
- Ensure centres are prepared with required resources, equipment, and training materials.
- Coordinate training sessions, venue arrangements, logistics, and resource requirements.
- Liaise with trainers, trainees, partner organisations, and other stakeholders.




- Monitor trainee attendance, feedback, and training progress.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for their timely resolution.
- Maintain records and prepare basic reports related to mobilization, centre visits, and training activities.
- Travel within the assigned area as required for effective project coordination.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and field networking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet assigned targets.
- Willingness to travel and work in field-based environments.
- Candidates with exposure to skill development, training, mobilization, or project operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
