We are looking for a tech-savvy, organised, and hands-on Campus Tech & Front Office Associate to become the go-to person for the day-to-day functioning of the NEXIS campus.

This is a multi-functional role for someone who enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy working with technology. From welcoming students, parents, visitors, and vendors at the front desk to managing the LMS, troubleshooting classroom technology, creating campus creatives, and coordinating infrastructure requirements — you will play a key role in keeping the campus connected, organised, and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on generalist who is comfortable switching between front-office responsibilities, digital systems, creative work, and campus operations throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Campus Presence
- Manage the front desk during working hours and welcome parents, students, prospects, visitors, and vendors.
- Handle incoming calls, direct queries, and maintain records of admission enquiries.
- Maintain a qualified, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate visitor movement and provide basic campus information.

IT & Digital Operations
- Manage day-to-day LMS administration, including user creation, course enrolments, access issues, and content uploads.
- Manage official email accounts, including creation, deactivation, password resets, and distribution lists.
- Provide first-level technical support for laptops, projectors, classroom AV systems, Wi-Fi, printers, and other office
