About the Role

Luxmi Bakery & Sweets is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Incharge to manage and supervise the complete production operations of our bakery and sweets unit.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of bakery and/or sweets production processes, along with excellent team-handling, planning, coordination and management skills.

The Production Incharge will be responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured according to the company's quality standards, recipes, production schedules and hygiene requirements, while maintaining optimum productivity and controlling wastage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage daily production as per sales requirements, orders, stock levels and production schedules.
- Ensure timely production of bakery, confectionery, sweets, snacks and other assigned products.
- Prepare production plans according to expected demand, festivals, weekends,



special orders and seasonal requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials and production capacity.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion without compromising product quality.
- Coordinate with the management and sales/dispatch team regarding urgent orders and changing requirements.

2. Knowledge of Production Processes
- Have strong practical knowledge of bakery and sweets production processes.
- Understand recipes, formulations, ingredient ratios, mixing, proofing, baking, frying, cooking, cooling, finishing, decoration, packing and storage processes.
- Ensure that products are made according to approved recipes and standardized procedures.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, weight, freshness and overall quality.
- Identify production-related issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Suggest improvements in recipes, processes, equipment
