Job Overview

ISMPL is looking for a responsible and experienced HSE Supervisor cum Admin Supervisor to oversee workplace health, safety, environmental compliance, and general administrative activities at the plant/site. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining a safe, disciplined, and well-organized work setting while coordinating daily administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor company health, safety, and environmental policies at the plant/site.
- Conduct daily workplace inspections and identify unsafe conditions, acts, and potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, labour, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks.




- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Organize safety induction and regular HSE training programs.
- Maintain records of safety training, inspections, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare detailed reports.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures, including fire, medical, and evacuation plans.
- Coordinate fire drills, mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and first-aid arrangements.
- Ensure availability and periodic inspection of fire extinguishers, firefighting systems, first-aid boxes, and other safety equipment.
- Monitor safe work practices related to machinery, electrical systems, work at height, hot work, lifting operations, and confined spaces.
