GenAI LeadLead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise Generative AI products across Healthcare, Life Sciences, and BFSI.Key Responsibilities
- Define GenAI product vision, roadmap, use cases, and technical strategy.
- Architect and productionize LLM, RAG, and multi-agent solutions.
- Build agentic workflows using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, and tool orchestration.
- Develop scalable AI services using Python, Quick API, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
- Establish LLM Ops, evaluation, observability, security, and AI governance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with executive/client stakeholders on solution strategy, adoption, and ROI.
- Lead technical teams, design reviews, mentoring,



and delivery from PoC to production.

Required Skills
- 8-12+ years in software/AI engineering with strong GenAI/LLM experience.
- Hands-on RAG, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
- Strong Python and cloud/microservices experience.
- Experience with Lang Chain/Lang Graph/Crew AI, Pinecone/Chroma DB, and LLM evaluation.
- Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Healthcare/Life Sciences or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
