Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

About the Role

We are looking for an International Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing sales team and handle the US market. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with international clients, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential US-based clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website and digital marketing solutions.
- Promote services including Website Development, Website Redesign, SEO, SMM, PPC, and Digital Marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Handle sales objections professionally and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in International Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and solid sales skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US clients over the phone.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
