Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for NON IT professionals, including bulk hiring, niche hiring, and sales hiring.
- Analyze HR data using tools like ATS to identify trends and areas of improvement in the recruitment process.
- Create detailed reports on candidate pipeline status, time-to-hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
- Robust understanding of HR analytics, HR MIS reporting, and HR reporting principles.
- Proficiency in creating complex reports using various software such as ATs or similar tools.
