Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven ability to generate qualified leads, increase conversions, and improve return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with lead-generation, sales, traffic, and brand-awareness objectives.
- Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and market research.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, and landing-page strategies.
- Monitor key metrics, including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing of advertisements, audiences, offers, creatives,



and landing pages.
- Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and related tools.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare clear weekly and monthly reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with content, design, social media, web-development, and sales teams.
- Stay updated on advertising-platform changes, industry trends, and performance-marketing best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing or paid-media experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.
