Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/customers and explain our services/programs
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with leads
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records
- Convert leads into registrations/admissions
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets
- Build positive relationships with prospects
- Coordinate with the internal team for successful conversions
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support or related roles
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome
- Good Tamil and English communication skills preferred
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
