What is Indesign in Publishing

An InDesign Publishing job involves using Adobe InDesign to design, format, and produce print/digital materials (magazines, books, brochures, reports).

Job Description
- Layout & Design: Create and format pages for print/digital books, journals, marketing materials, etc., applying styles, placing text/images, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Typesetting: Handle text formatting, pagination, and ensuring readability and visual appeal.
- Content Integration: Import, resize, and caption images, diagrams, and other media.
- Collaboration: Work with writers, editors, and production teams to meet project vision and deadlines.
- Quality Check: Perform preflight checks, proofread,



and prepare final files for print or digital distribution.

Candidate Profile
- Must passed out in the academic year of 2022 to 2025. Graduation or diploma courses related to indesign or graphics will be added advantage.
- Solid knowledge in Adobe InDesign and Indesign tools.
- Knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop for minor image edits is desirable.

Shift Timings : Rotational Shifts

First Shift 6:15 AM to 1:45 PM

Second Shift 1:45 PM to 9:15 PM

Third Shift 9:15 PM to 6:15 AM (No Night shift for female candidates)

Interested candidates can directly take the interview from 18th August to 21st August 2026 from 9 AM to 12 PM.
