Pakaoo is a food-tech startup connecting verified home kitchens with urban migrants and working professionals through daily meal subscriptions. We are an execution-first team, and this role will own the operational experience of kitchens, customers and delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations end-to-end, resolve issues quickly, maintain kitchen and customer relationships, and identify operational problems before they affect customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Own daily operations with kitchen partners, including order flow, capacity, stock and delivery timing.

· Act as the primary point of contact for kitchen partner operational issues.

· Handle customer queries and complaints related to orders, delivery, food quality, billing and

subscriptions.

· Identify root causes of recurring issues and coordinate fixes with kitchens and delivery partners.

· Track open issues, resolution time,



kitchen performance and operational gaps.

· Visit kitchens when issues require on-ground inspection or intervention.

· Support rider onboarding and day-to-day rider management as Pakaoo builds its own delivery fleet.

· Maintain basic operational reports and suggest process improvements.

Who We Are Looking For

· Experience handling operations, inventory, logistics, food service, retail or similar fast-paced work.

· Solid problem-solving and ownership mindset.

· Comfortable handling customer and partner escalations directly.

· Organized and able to manage multiple issues without losing track.

· Comfortable with field visits and hands-on execution.

· Basic knowledge of spreadsheets/CRM tools.

· Prior team or field-team management experience is a plus.
