We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, purchase and sales entries, stock monitoring, petty cash, vendor ledger reconciliation, documentation, and basic GST-related data verification. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, be comfortable working on ERP/software applications, and be willing to learn and develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Enter Purchase Bills, Sales Bills, Purchase Returns and Sales Returns in the ERP system.
- Prepare and record Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Stock Journals and Journal Entries for rate differences and other adjustments.
- Regularly monitor physical stock vs. system stock and report discrepancies to management.
- Check purchase bills for item details, quantities and rates and ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor/creditor ledgers regularly and follow up for missing invoices or documents.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate material ordering when inventory reaches the minimum stocking level.
- Handle Petty Cash and maintain proper accounting and supporting documents.




- Handle and account for Sales Cash transactions.
- Maintain proper filing of payment vouchers, purchase invoices, sales invoices and other accounting documents.
- Raise Proforma Invoices as required.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Ensure that no material is received or dispatched without proper supporting documentation.
- Send signed Delivery Challans (DCs) to the respective customer groups.
- Send tax invoices to customers and coordinate payment follow-ups with debtors.
- Check and verify accounting data before sharing it with the Chartered Accountant for GST filing and other statutory returns.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all accounting transactions.
- Work effectively on ERP systems, computers/laptops and company applications.
- Be willing to learn current accounting processes, software and skills as required by the organization.
