We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for a Functional Coordinator under the IT Software Department.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics), MCA / M.Tech (Preferred), Certifications in API Integration, Cloud, or Agile are an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Software Integration: Coordinate with third-party software providers such as RupeeSeed, CRM providers, OMS, RMS, KYC, Payment Gateway, and other fintech platforms. Understand business requirements and convert them into technical integration requirements. Ensure smooth API integration between internal and external applications. Manage integration timelines and implementation activities. Monitor software compatibility, performance, and stability.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for all external software vendors. Coordinate meetings, requirement gathering, issue resolution, and deployment schedules. Track vendor deliverables and ensure SLA compliance.



Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Business Requirement Analysis: Gather requirements from Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Customer Support, and Management. Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD). Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Software Development (Future Requirement): Develop internal software modules when required. Design and develop APIs for system integration. Build automation tools for operational efficiency. Customize existing applications based on business needs. Participate in software architecture discussions. Ensure scalability and security of developed applications.
- Testing Deployment: Prepare test cases. Perform integration testing. Coordinate UAT with business users. Manage production deployment. Ensure minimal downtime during releases.
