We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage the scheduling, documentation, and

communication involved in delivering solar installation projects from sale through completion. In this role, you will use

job management and CRM platforms such as Simpro and HubSpot to track project status, coordinate teams, and ensure

every installation runs smoothly, on time, and within scope.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate solar installation projects end-to-end, from handoff after sale through scheduling, installation, and final

commissioning.
- Create, update, and manage job records, work orders, and project.
- Maintain accurate customer and project data in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), tracking project stage,

communications,



and follow-ups.
- Schedule site surveys, installation crews, and inspections, coordinating availability across sales, installation, and

customer teams.
- Track material and equipment requirements for upcoming jobs, coordinating with the procurement/inventory team to

ensure timely availability.
- Monitor project pipelines and job statuses across Simpro and HubSpot, flagging delays, bottlenecks, or resource

conflicts to management.

Pay: ₹9,104.46 - ₹36,655.49 per month
