Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Manager with 5–6 years of IT services sales experience to drive lead generation and customer acquisition specifically for our AWS and DevOps consultancy offerings.
In this role, you will be the primary catalyst for business growth. You will identify target accounts, initiate contact with IT leaders (CTOs, VP of Engineering, DevOps Leads), articulate the commercial and technical value of migrating or optimizing on AWS, and close consultative service deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Prospect, qualify,



and generate net-recent enterprise and mid-market leads interested in AWS cloud adoption, cloud migration, and DevOps automation.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points regarding infrastructure scalability, deployment speed, cloud costs, and security to position our AWS and DevOps services effectively.
- AWS Offerings Focus: Pitch our core services including AWS Well-Architected Reviews, AWS Cloud Migrations, Cost Optimization (FinOps), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and Managed DevOps services.
- Client Engagement: Pitch directly to decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure, Engineering Heads, CIOs) through outbound campaigns, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Deal Closure & Proposal Creation: Work alongside our cloud engineering team to draft tailored technical proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), commercial estimates, and execute contract signings.
